Government of Canada Matching Donations for Pakistan
The Government of Canada has created the Pakistan Floods Relief Fund. For every eligible dollar donated by individual Canadians to registered Canadian charities, Canada will contribute one dollar to the Pakistan Floods Relief Fund. CIDA will allocate these funds to established Canadian and international humanitarian and development organizations for humanitarian assistance, early recovery, and reconstruction efforts that benefit the people in Pakistan most affected by the floods.
Through the Pakistan Floods Relief Fund, the Government of Canada will support the generosity of Canadians. The Fund will provide effective and accountable financial support to trusted Canadian and international humanitarian and development partner organizations working in the affected areas.

Disaster Aid Canada provides an innovative humanitarian aid package that gives those in need a new start in family units within their communities.
The Disaster Aid Canada Family Survival Pack contains a dome tent complete with blankets and equipment needed to rebuild lives with hope and dignity.
The Family Survival Pack tents can also be connected together to form schools, first aid stations or even a community centre.
Now that we have housed our survivors, drinking water is the key to progress in developing countries as it improves health and facilitates quick recovery following natural disasters.
The SkyJuice Foundation water filtration system delivers up to 10,000 litres of clean water a day, is transportable and has a life span of 10 years. It is ideal for a village, hospital or school and there are no chemicals!
All this aid is delivered by trained and experienced Disaster Aid Response Team members on behalf of Canadian donors.
